Green Digital Transformation Capability Dan Sustainable Organizational Performance Pada Perguruan Tinggi Di Kota Makassar: Peran Mediasi Green Digital Innovation Dan Moderasi Data-Driven Culture

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Green Digital Transformation Capability (GDTC) terhadap Sustainable Organizational Performance (SOP) pada perguruan tinggi melalui Green Digital Innovation (GDI), serta menguji Data-Driven Culture (DDC) sebagai kondisi moderasi. Penelitian menggunakan survei kuantitatif potong lintang terhadap 200 dosen dan tenaga kependidikan pada perguruan tinggi di Kota Makassar, Indonesia, yang dilaksanakan pada 1-14 April 2026. Data dianalisis menggunakan partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui SmartPLS 4 dengan 5.000 subsampel bootstrap. Model pengukuran menunjukkan reliabilitas dan validitas yang memadai (outer loading = 0,738-0,868; composite reliability = 0,923-0,938; AVE = 0,624-0,689; HTMT = 0,182-0,659). GDTC berpengaruh positif terhadap GDI (beta = 0,443; p < 0,001) dan SOP (beta = 0,302; p < 0,001), sedangkan GDI berpengaruh positif terhadap SOP (beta = 0,372; p < 0,001). DDC berpengaruh positif terhadap GDI (beta = 0,234; p < 0,001) dan SOP (beta = 0,274; p < 0,001). GDI memediasi secara parsial hubungan GDTC-SOP (beta = 0,165; p < 0,001), sedangkan DDC memperkuat hubungan GDTC-GDI (beta = 0,388; p < 0,001). Model menjelaskan 42,7% variasi GDI dan 50,4% variasi SOP. Temuan memperluas riset digital sustainability dengan menunjukkan mekanisme capability-innovation-performance serta menempatkan budaya berbasis data sebagai boundary condition dalam pendidikan tinggi.
