Transformasi SDM Dalam Mendorong Keberlanjutan Bisnis: Peran Strategis HR Dalam Implementasi ESG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dalam mendukung implementasi Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) serta keberlanjutan organisasi melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kajian ini menganalisis 30 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2025 dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi berupa fokus pada GHRM, ESG, serta penggunaan metode kuantitatif. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa GHRM memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam lima tema utama, yaitu: (1) peningkatan kinerja lingkungan, (2) mendorong inovasi hijau, (3) pembentukan perilaku pro-lingkungan, (4) penguatan dimensi sosial organisasi seperti kepuasan dan retensi karyawan, serta (5) integrasi GHRM ke dalam strategi ESG yang holistik. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran strategis GHRM dalam mendukung transformasi organisasi menuju keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Studi ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan ke dalam sistem manajerial. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan pendekatan campuran, memperluas konteks sektor dan wilayah, serta mengembangkan studi longitudinal untuk mendalami pengaruh jangka panjang GHRM terhadap kinerja ESG.
